Standard delivery within Ireland typically takes 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- Dublin and surrounding areas: 1-2 business days
- Other major cities: 2-3 business days
- Rural areas: 3-5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier delays.
2.2 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Standard shipping rates apply as follows:
- Standard Delivery (Ireland): €5.99
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over €50
All prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Delivery Methods
We use reputable courier services to deliver your orders, including An Post and other established carriers in Ireland. All packages are tracked, and you will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at askuse@quixeralrythitax.world. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been dispatched.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically:
- Leave a card with instructions for collection
- Attempt redelivery (usually within 1-2 business days)
- Hold the package at a local depot for collection
If you fail to collect your package within the specified time, it may be returned to us. In such cases, you may be charged for return shipping and any additional handling fees.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
